Event Rental Request

Please note: This form is required for all event rental requests (indoor & outdoor). 

Thank you for considering The Event Center at The Commons, LLC for your event. We are pleased that you are interested in using our facility. All events taking place on the Generations at Trinity property must be approved and scheduled through our leadership team via the church office. 

In addition to completing this form, any questions can be emailed to events@tctrinity.com 

Please provide the phone # of the main party requesting the rental - i.e. the person who will be signing the rental contract.

Please select your preferred event date. If your selected date is not available, our team will email you to discuss alternate dates that may work.

Please provide a detailed overview of your event - include estimated attendees, timeframe/duration, if you are bringing in food/catering, and if you will be requiring audio/video support from our technical team.
